1. Managing Subscription Plans

Take control of your Transkribus subscription plan to suit your specific needs. Whether you need the Individual, Scholar, or Organisation plan, discover how to start a free trial, upgrade or downgrade your plan, and even cancel your subscription

We offer three subscription plans that are designed to meet the needs of the different users. The plans primarily differ by the range of available features (storage, export formats, collaboration tools, training runs per month..).

To get more information about plans and their pricing, visit the Subscription and Pricing Plans page.

Every user receives 100 credits for free every month, regardless of their chosen plan. On top of the free credits, you can add more monthly credits when purchasing the plan or buy add-on credits if you only need them once. Please read the Managing Credits page for more details about credit usage.

  • Ideal for enthusiasts and students.
  • Starts with a free 100 credits (=pages) per month option.
  • Possibility to add more monthly credits and to upgrade to the Scholar Plan.

Organisation Plan:

Free trial

When you sign up for Transkribus, you will be automatically enrolled in the Individual plan. This plan provides you with access to the basic features of Transkribus, along with 100 free credits each month.

To explore the advanced features offered by the Scholar plan and assess their suitability for your needs, you can start a free 14-day trial for the Scholar plan. The free trial can only be activated once.
