What payment methods are available?

If you would like to subscribe to a paid plan, you can access our webshop through here: Plans & Pricing page  or through your "Subscription" Overview under "Settings" in the Transkribus App.

Any additionally needed Credits can also be bought by going to "Personal Credits" under "Settings" in the Transkribus App.

Generally, we only accept payment by Credit Card or PayPal.

Please note that when you subscribe to a plan, it will automatically renew either monthly or yearly. You need to cancel the subscription yourself if you would like to avoid this. More information on this can be found in our Subscription Management Terms.
